<p>In the alloy having main composition of hard phase that compound is MC(M metal, c carbon) type of HCP and composed of composite carbide of molybdenum with the first kind or more than and tungsten, or carburized nitride, and containing a combined phase composed of the first kind of Fe, Co, Ni, Cr or more than, crystal structure having M2C type of HCP in the alloy must be distributed uniformly to a ratio of less than 30 volume%. This time, compound of MeC type is spherical shape, and the size is less than 10μ, and carbon content in the alloy is 0.8-0.98 atomic ratio with respect to theoretical carbon content of MC type compound.</p> |
