PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable magnetic core at high yield, by making the track width of a magnetic gap belonging to one magnetic circuit less than that of a magnetic gap belowing to the other. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic gaps 10a and 10b are provided where a magnetic core 8a having I-shaped flanks and a magnetic core 9a having channel-shaped flanks are butted against each other, and one magnetic circuit is formed by said butting. Further, magnetic gaps 11a and 11b are provided where magnetic cores 8b and 9b are butted against each other, and thus the other magnetic circuit is constituted. Furthermore, grooves 13a, 13b, 13c, and 13d are made alternately in the core block 12 consisting of the magnetic cores 8a, 8b, 9a, and 9b and a nonmagnetic material having I-shaped flanks. The grooves 13a and 13b cut the magnetic core 9a completely and cut part of the magnetic core 8a, and the grooves 13c and 13d also cut the magnetic cores 9b and 8b as well. |
