PURPOSE:To prevent scale from sticking by installing an orifice type feed water flow meter where the temperature of feed water is <=200 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:An orifice type feed water flow meter 26 is provided where the temperature of feed water is <=200 deg.C, i.e. between a feed water pump 18 and a high pressure feed water heater 19. Thus, the sticking of scale is prevented greatly and the quantity of feed water flow is measured accurately.
