摘要 The invention relates to a device for compensation of the shrinkage porosity in diecasting and has the object of providing a device for compensation of the shrinkage porosity in diecasting, in which in practice the conventional diecasting machines can be used without great changes both in the machine control and in the construction of the diecasting mould. This is achieved according to the invention by one or more ejector pins (15), such as are known from low pressure casting, being designed as compressor pins (16), attached to a separate compressor plate (11) and guided through the ejector plate (10). As can be seen from the drawing, the diecasting mould also has in addition to the conventional ejector plate (10) a compressor plate (11), in which the compressor pins (16) are fixed, which are guided through the ejector plate (10) and extend into the cavity (18). After filling of the cavity (18) the decoupling of the plates (10 and 11) takes place after an adjustable time. Subsequently the ejector cylinder (5) is switched to advance, causing the compressor plate (11) with the compressor pins (16) to advance, to be precise over the path "St". In this process, each of the compressor pins (11) presses a volume corresponding to its diameter at the stroke of the compressor plate (11) into the semi-solidified cast part. After a further adjustable setting time, the compressor plate (11) is withdrawn again. <IMAGE>
