TEMPERATURE UNIFORMING METHOD OF HEAP AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE:To enable to uniform the temperature distribution within the heap, which is difficult to be agitated, by a method wherein the heap and the outside air are connected with heat pipes. CONSTITUTION:MISO prepared with treated raw material is heaped up in a fermenting tank 4 installed within a hot brewing chamber 3, which is enclosed with heat insulating material 1 and the temperature within which is controlled at the order of 30 deg.C. One or a plurality of heat pipes 6 are vertically inserted in the MISO so as to pierce its central part 5 and the upper part of the each heat pipe 6 is exposed in the open air in the hot brewing chamber 3. In this case, it is desirable to provide fins 7 at the upper end of each heat pipe 6 in order to realize better heat-exchange between the air and the pipe 6.
