发明名称 HEAT RESISTING SUPERALLOY FOR JOINING AND ITS PRODUCTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a gamma' deposition reinforcement type heat resisting superalloy which permits diffusion bonding in a short time without using any insert material by forming an alloy layer which is lower in m.p. than a base material of a heat resistant superalloy and contains finely granular MC type carbides beforehand on the surface of said base material. CONSTITUTION:In the stage of casting a melt of, for example, an Ni-base heat resistant superalloy in molds, alloy materials, for example, B and Si or one thereof and Hf are beforehand disposed in the parts in the molds corresponding to bonding parts. For example, a powder mixture of the above-described alloy materials is coated on the inside surfaces of, for example, the above-described parts of the molds by using a binder or Ni-B-Si-Hf plates are incorporated thereon. Then the above-described low m.p. alloy layers are formed on the surface of the base material and in the stage of bonding, if the layer is fused at the bonding temp. lower than the solid line of the base material in the stage of bonding, the liquid phase is filled between the bonding surfaces. If the heating is continued thereafter, the bonding region is solidified isothermally by the mutual diffusion between the liquid phase and the base material components and further homogenization is effected and the satisfactory bonding is accomplished without any insert materials.
