A disc brake operated hydraulically from one side and having a pin-guided application part (1), guide pins (7) being attached to the brake stator and metallic or rubber-elastic guide sleeves (10) being situated in the application part (1), is provided with an additional return device, or a return device combined or integrated with the rubber-elastic guide sleeve, for the brake lining (5) opposite the hydraulic cylinder. In order to permit a return dependent on the hydraulic brake actuation pressure, with the aim of achieving uniform ventilation of the linings on both sides after braking operations involving varying levels of force, the invention envisages that the return device (8) be of elastically resilient design in the axial direction and that the axial driving of the return device (8) by friction during displacements of the application part and the axial deformation of the return device (8) be controlled by the hydraulic actuation pressure. <IMAGE>
