PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of characteristics and to obtain a calcined article having high density and no delamination as well by a method wherein a magnetic substance compound sheet is wound and terminal electrodes are provided after making the magnetic substance compound sheet. CONSTITUTION:A nearly S-shaped conductor 7 is provided on one face of a magnetic substance sheet 6. Both ends of the conductor 7 are formed so as to position at different end faces of the sheet 6. Magnetic substance sheets 8 are formed to stack on the sheet 6 and a nearly L-shaped conductor 9 bending one end section at the opposite side to the end section of the conductor 7 and positioning the other end section at the final winding end face close to the other end section of the conductor 7. A magnetic substance compound sheet 11 is composed by stacking magnetic substance sheets 10 on the sheets 8. A winding substance is composed by winding such a sheet 11 by centering around a winding core 12. Terminal electrodes 17-19 are provided at both end sections and the central outside circumference section of the winding substance. |
