PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture and improve the road adhesion with abrasion resistance by providing a toroidal supporting member and an external surface part composed of rubber composition. CONSTITUTION:A safety tire 1 is provided with toroidal supporting member 2 and external surface part 3 which is mounted integrally in circumferential direction with the external surface of the crown part of said supporting member 2. The supporting member 2 is desired to form by the foamed polyurethane. The weight of the tire and vertical spring constant are adjustable according to the adjustment of the foaming magnification. The external surface part 3 is incorporated in circumferential direction with the external surface of the crown part of the supporting member 2, the tread part is formed up. The external surface part 3 is mainly composed of the rubber composition having excellent work efficiency. |
