PURPOSE:To discriminate the agglutination of a blood corpuscle intended for an IgG antibody clearly in a short time, by using neuraminidase decomposing peculiarly the terminal sialic acid residue of an oligo saccharides chain of the blood corpuscle as a blood corpuscle agglutination accelerator. CONSTITUTION:Neuraminidase hydrolyzing peculiary the terminal sialic acid (N-acetyl neuramic acid or N-glycol neuramic acid) residue of an oligosaccharide chain of a blood corpuscle is added preliminarily either one hand of a blood corpuscle floating liquid and antibody solution or an antigen solution at least and the blood corpuscle agglutination is carried out mixing the blood corpuscle floating liquid and antibody solution or the antigen solution. Hereby, the agglutination is discriminated clearly in a short time in an agglutination test of an IgG antibody of Rh blood type decision, antibody screening test etc. intended for the imperfect antibody or the antibody difficult to cause the agglutination simply. |
