The grilling and baking mould is a baking mould which is similar to a waffle-iron, which was once used on stoves. The mould according to the invention is, however, especially designed for use on a grill, so that the baking mould, which is opened by means of hinges, can be used in a barbecue, for example. Turning of the baking mould results in thorough baking of the material on both sides, one after the other.
