PURPOSE:To make the bonding of a lead wire rigid, by mutually lapping a basic insulating body having a convex surface and a plane or concave surface which is continued from said convex surface, forming a heating body on the convex surface, and bonding the external lead wire to the plane or the concave surface. CONSTITUTION:The basic insulating body 6 or 6' having a barrel vault roof shape or an four-glass shape is simultaneously abraded together with a dummy having the same size. The convex surface which is pointed outward is easy to abrade and the plane or concave surface is hard to abrade in comparison with the convex surface. Therefore the convex surface A becomes smooth and the plane part or the concave surface B becomes coarse. The heating body 7 is arranged on the convex surface A (ridgeline part) and a minute pattern is formed. An electrode 8 (lead wire connecting part) is provided at the part of the plane part or the concave surface B, and the bonding strength is made rigid. |
