Differing from the customary functional standard "press and turn", the thus required careful material composition and the lacking tamper-proof safeguard in these child-resistant closures which are used, in particular, for safeguarding packages containing dangerous products, the new closure and closure combination child-resistant closure is constructed according to the "pull and turn" principle of functioning, as a result of which not only a variable material composition, but also a specific system and function construction is implemented, specifically in such a way that not only is a tamper-proof safeguard integrated on the child-resistant closure, but also other basic shapes and sealing elements can be selected for said safeguard in and as a normal cap and/or covering cap designed as a screw closure, snap-and-turn closure or snap-and-press closure. Alternatively a normal screw closure, snap-and-turn or snap-and-press closure can be designed in such a way that the latter is constructed in accordance with the given modular system up to the child-resistant closure with a "first" lock set up by the normal cap and/or covering cap and, as an extension, with a "second" lock by means of a tear-off strip, and/or tamper-proof safeguard. <IMAGE>
