PURPOSE:To obtain the inexpensive printing block, wherein a light sensitive layer, Al foils in which anodic oxidation treatment is performed on the coarse surface having a specified depth, a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer, a bonding agent layer, and a supporting body are sequentially laminated one upon another, and the proofreading printing having the same quality as the-finished quality of real printing can be performed by a simple manipulation. CONSTITUTION:For example, two Al foils are overlapped and rolled, and the coarse surface having the average depth of 0.2-0.45mum is formed in the overlapped plane. Said Al foils are laminated with the thermoplastic synthetic resin (desirably polyethylene terephthalate) sheet through the bonding agent such as a PE resin so that the coarse surface of the Al foils face the outside. Then, the anodic oxidation treatment is performed on the coarse surface side of the Al foil of the laminated body, and a film is formed. Thereafter a heat sensitive agent is applied on said film by a gravure method and the like. Thereafter the bonding agent is applied on the surface of the thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet, and it is stuck to the supporting body such as a steel plate. Thus the desired printing block is obtained. |
