PURPOSE:To change the process characteristics in response to the load state, by applying a signal corresponding to a root of load, to an element of delay of first order including a dead time or an integral element including a dead time. CONSTITUTION:The simulator consists of an element 17 with a delay of first order including a dead time based on a dead time, gain and time constant at rated load, or an integral element 15 including a dead time, and a means 19 generating a signal corresponding to a root of a load V. The signal from the means 19 is applied to the element 17 or the element 15 to obtain the process characteristics in response to the load V. Thus, the simulating characteristics close to an actual process in response to the state of load V can be obtained, allowing to eliminate the need for the installation of a plant model in determining P.I.D corresponding to load conditions. |
