IMPROVED INFEED GEOMETRY In an axial flow combine having at least one axially arranged threshing and separating unit which includes elements arranged for coaction together to thresh and separate crop material and feeding means forwardly thereof there is provided an improved feed ramp which forms a crop thinning chamber to facilitate imparting radial movement to the crop material as it is fed into the threshing rotor.
