The wind protection and leg protection of the device consists of a rollable, transparent film (1a, 1b), four horizontal struts (3, 6a, 6b, 9), two vertical struts (4a, 4b), a film roller (2) and four attachment devices (7a, 7b; 11a, 12, 13a; 11b, 12, 13b). The device is made collapsible in that the vertical struts (4a, 4b) are foldable and the transparent sheets of film are attached at their folds so that they can be rolled up on a pretensioned film roller (2), and windscreen (1b) and leg protection screen (1a) are wound up onto the film roller displaced by 180 DEG .
