PURPOSE:To reuse toner effectively by applying a voltage to the scavenger roll of a toner recovery device continuously for a specified time after the driving of a mechanical device is stopped. CONSTITUTION:A timer 17 serves as a delay means which delays a stop signal from a main controller 15 by a specific time on receiving a driving stop signal from a driving part 16. Therefore, even when the stop signal is outputted from the driving part 16, voltage application to a scavenger roll 5 does not stop immediately, but stops the specific time later. Then, the scavenger roll continuously exhibits its function to toner flying and arriving by an air flow generated by motor inertia to reduce toner flowing directly to an air filter side 11, and the majority of toner is collected at an image present part through a blade 7. |
