The invention concerns a testing arrangement by means of which pylons 1 are tested for hardness or depth of decay. The arrangement has a frame part 2 and a test needle 5 or the like arranged in or at it. The test needle is to be subjected to an actuating force F such that it is driven into the material of the pylon, whereupon the degree of penetration for a given magnitude of actuating force F constitutes a measure of the hardness or depth of decay. The testing arrangement, moreover, has elements 16 which can be exposed to actuations, such as manual ones, and with which elements 16 it is possible to generate the actuating force F for the penetration part. The frame part is provided with a section 2a which can be driven down entirely or partially in the ground base at the pylon 1. Said exposable elements 16 extend with their upper parts above the ground surface 3a when said frame section 2a is driven down into the ground base so as to enable a generating of said actuating force F with said actuations. At said upper parts of the exposable elements there are display elements 10, 18 which show the magnitude of the degree of penetration for a given magnitude of actuating force F. <IMAGE> |
