A manner of regulating striking power and impact time of a drop hammer of the kind with a core 10 and a number of sheaths 12, 14, 16, 19 arranged concentrically around it. Between the core and the sheaths are arranged spaces and they are connected alternating one in the end of the other starting at the core's upper end. Between the core's lower end and the non-permanently-connected ends of one or more sheaths, one effects an impact wave transferring connection for short-circuiting of the impact wave's path through the core and the sheaths. <IMAGE> |
