PURPOSE:To confirm easily the contents of the document to be fed and to facilitate an easy input operation, by providing a magnetic writing/reading mechanism to a printer of a Japanese document processor. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic output/input mechanism 12 which is capable of the magnetic writing/reading is set in proximity to a printer of a Japanese document processor. A paper sheet 13 including a magnetic recording band 14 at a part of the sheet is used, and the Japanese document information is recorded at the band 14 by means of the mechanism 12. At the same time, the Japanese document corresponding to the recorded Japanese document information is printed on the sheet 13. Thus the recorded contents of the band 14 correspond to the printed contents of the sheet 13. As a result, the contents of a file can be discriminatd at a look and the preservation and selection of the document information can be facilitated when the document information is fed to the Japanese document processor. |
