<p>The tray for use in self-service restaurants comprises two levels, the one spaced a little way above the other, with a raised rim. Holes in the sides between the two levels are for inserting or removing cutlery or crockery. The bottom level can comprise a horizontal surface (61) projecting outwards to act as a table. The base (7) of the upper level has recesses (8) for drinking glasses, bottles and cups.</p> |
