<p>The device comprises a magazine (13) containing staples, a pusher carriage (19) and driver rollers (31) for pushing the staple (1) in the curved grooves causing its winding about the iron bars (5, 8); a straightening guide (41) straightens the branches of the staple and introduces said branches in a rotary turret (47) which forms the trunnion and draws the wire. The trunnion is cut by the knives (60 and 61). Application to the making of portable pliers for iron binding in reinforced concrete constructions.</p> |
