PURPOSE:To prevent dilution and dispersion of a sample and to enable introduction of the sample into a liquid chromatograph without deterioration, by a method wherein the sample and a carrier liquid are partitioned at a measuring pipe part by a partition. CONSTITUTION:A 6-way switching cock 17 is located in a solid line, and with a liquid feed pump 4 operated, a carrier liquid W is introduced into a small chamber 11. The 6-way switching cock is then positioned in a dotted line, and a sample solution 8 is implanted through a syringe 6. The 6-way switching cock 17 is returned back to the solid line again, the liquid feed pump 4 is operated, and the carrier liquid W is fed into the small chamber 11 to lower a partition 10. With the aid of the pressure, the sample solution S in the small chamber 12 is introduced into a column C of a high-speed chromatograph via a connection path 12. If, after the sample is introduced, the 6-way switching cock 17 is situated in the dotted line, the carrier liquid W is supplied directly to the column C. |
