PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to increase the frequency of arithmetic clock pulses, by obtaining the same number of arithmetic steps in each arithmetic routine of a computer applied to a camera, and making arithmetic time invariably constant. CONSTITUTION:The instruction ROM504 at the center control part of a camera executes instructions in 2<8>=256 steps according to combinations of inputs to eight input terminals A0-A7, and executes 8 routines consisting of 32 steps. Then, 8 arithmetic control routines are executed according to combinations of signals CU inputted to terminals A5-A7 and signals from output terminals D1 and D2 of a program selector 508, and respective routines in 32 steps are executed in accordance with input from output terminals Q1-Q5 of a program counter 582 to the terminals A0-A4. |
