PURPOSE:To enable the fixed amount discharge of any material stably by performing the reciprocation of a piston rod through a motor while controlling the driving direction of said motor by means of a signal from a control means which receives a signal from a detecting means. CONSTITUTION:Upon opening of a nozzle 21 of a gun spray 27, an opening signal 22 is fed to a controller 18 to rotate D.C. servo motor then said rotation is changed to the linear motion by means of a ball screw jack 15a thus to move the pistons 8a, 8b to the left. When the pistons 8a, 8b reach to the left stroke end, a dog 12 will contact with a limit switch 14 and the controller 18 will rotate D.C. servo motor 15b instantly to the reverse direction thus to change the moving direction of the pistons 8a, 8b to the right and to discharge the main agent and the hardener in the chambers 6a, 6b through the nozzle 21. |
