PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of painting work and the characteristics of coating films in the stage of forming the coating films of thick film thickness by specifying the rate of spraying in each one second and the rate of the unit spraying thereof. CONSTITUTION:In the stage of forming coating films of >=0.5mm. film thickness by wet spray coating on the inside surface of dies, the rate of spraying in 7 seconds is maintained at >=200cc and the rate of the unit spraying thereof is controlled at <=60cc/m<2> during coating. The rate of unit spraying (cc/m<2>) is obtained by dividing the rate of spray in one second (cc/sec) by coating area in one second (m<2>/sec). Thus the good coating layers that assure the soundness of castings are formed. |
