PURPOSE:To obtain a drawing press machine free from variation in shape, position etc. by constituting the machine to move a flange punch provided on a lower die vertically in accordance with movement of an upper die and to perform flange work immediately before completion of drawing work. CONSTITUTION:A panellike work W is placed on the die face 2a of a die 2 which is a lower die fixed on the bolster of a press machine. A blank holder 5 is lowered together with an outer slide 6, and the work W is held between the blank holder and die 2. Then, a punch 3, i.e. an upper die, is lowered together with an inner slide 4, and bulges and forms the work W into a desired shape in cooperation of the die 2. Immediately before the punch 3 arrives at the lower limit position, a pusher pin 30 comes into contact with a push rod 28, and moves a flange punch 26 upward through an interlocking mechanism consisting of an elastic body 21, spud cam 24, etc., and a flange part F is formed. |
