<p>PURPOSE:To effectively attenuate the vibration generating on the electromagnetic material of the titled electromagnetic apparatus using a case by a method wherein a protrusion which is protruding in corrugated form into the case to be attached to the electromagnetic material is formed. CONSTITUTION:The stabilizer 1, as an electromagnetic apparatus, consists of a laminated core 2 and a coil 3. Said stabilizer 1 is covered by the case 7 and an upper lid 8. To be more precise, the case 7 consists of the bottom face 10, whereon the coil 3 was jointed together, a stepped part 11 whereon a laminated core 2 was contacted, and a side part 12. The outer surface 13 of the bottom face 10 on the case 7 is formed in such a manner that it comes in contact with the mounting surface, which is flat allover, without having a protruded part, and also a plurality of protrusions 14 protruding inward in corrugated form are formed. The case 7 thus formed is formed using an alloy type vibration restraining steel plate. As the case 7 is mounted in jointed state with the coil 3, the vibration of the coil 3 itself is attenuated to a certain degree, thereby enabling to reduce the width of vibration of a protrusion 6. Also, as the corrugated protrusion 14 is formed on the bottom face 10 of the case 7, the vibration transmitted from the stabilizer 1 makes an irregular vibration at the case 7, thereby enabling to reduce the degree of vibration.</p> |
