<p>PURPOSE:To prevent cracks from occurring in a boss section or the like enveloping an insert of a plastic molded article having an inserted high strength part by making the high strength part of non-metallic high strength material. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcement such as glass fibers, carbon fibers, etc. is combined if possible, into high strength synthetic resin such as high strength nylon or the like to manufacture an insert 22 such as a screw member and the like and to provide an antislipping groove 25, an antirotating spline 26, etc. on the outer periphery of the insert. The nonmetallic insert 22 to be obtained is molded in combination with a plastic part to obtain the object plastic molded article. Thus, since the metal insert is not used, the thermal stress due to the difference between the linear expansion coefficient of metal and that of plastics or the internal stress due to the difference between their thermal conductivities, etc. do not occur, hence, cracks in the boss parts enveloping the insert or the like can be prevented from occurring.</p> |
