The method is characterised by the fact that a sufficiently large solid body of body-equivalent plastic, for example acrylic glass, which accommodates a radiation detector the position of which is locally variable within the solid body, is moved along the major axes of the radiation path and the dose values are measured and recorded in dependence on the position of the solid body with respect to the radiation source.
