PURPOSE:To obtain a control signal with a simple and small circuit configuration by composing a switching regulator integrated circuit, a comparator and an OR circuit. CONSTITUTION:A gate turn-off thyristor 1 is controlled with a pulse width modulation signal. The control signal generating circuit has a switching regulator integrated circuit 2 which outputs a pulse width modulation signal from 0 deg. to the maximum conducting angle, comparators 3, 5 which receives as an input signal a set voltage of lamp wave synchronized with the pulse width modulation signal outputted from the circuit 2 and outputs a rectangular signal having the minimum conducting angle of the thyristor, and AND circuits 8, 9 and NOR circuits 12, 13 which output a control signal of the thyristor. |
