PURPOSE:To complete the rustproofness of a yoke by forming a polybutadiene film on a motor field. CONSTITUTION:A DC electric field is applied between electrodes with a motor field as an anode and a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate as a cathode in an aqueous solution containing carboxylate of denatured polybutadiene, thereby forming the anion electrodeposited film of polybutadiene at the field. After the electrodeposition, it is washed with water, is heat treated at 100-200 deg.C, thereby dehydrating and condensing the carboxylic acid and forming a complete polybutadiene film. This polybutadiene film has excellent adherence to a yoke and magnet, less pinholes and adequate hardness, thereby completely preventing rust of the yoke. |
