PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to convert information of form into a compressed signal in the upper device by using a system in which the form information is converted into a dot row information and written down in an image memory through a compressed signal conversion circuit in such a way as to take ''or'' with print information input later. CONSTITUTION:Form information sent in a latter code from an upper device is converted into a dot row information in a dot converter 1 using a letter pattern memory 2, and the information is compressed in a compressed signal conversion circuit 3 and once stored in an image memory 5. Then, data information sent thereafter is likewise converted into a dot-row information, and the information and the form information stored in the image memory 5 are made into a decoding information by a decoding circuit 6 and then made into a print information by taking ''or'' through OR circuit. |
