<p>Detection assembly (1) comprising a detection device (10) mounted in a portable case (2), electronic measurement-control circuits (54, 55, Fig. 2), and signalling means (56, Fig. 2), the detection device (10) comprising a detector head (19), a band filter (44), a distribution chamber (23) between the detector head (19) and the band filter (44), a reduced-pressure chamber (38) arranged on the other side of the band filter (44), and a suction pump (41) connected to the reduced-pressure chamber (38), a pressing means (24) making it possible to seal off the flow channel formed by the distribution chamber (23) and the reduced-pressure chamber (38), and means being provided in order to actuate the pressing means (24) and in order to advance the said band filter (44) in a stepwise manner in front of the detector head (19). Application of the detection assembly (1) to the measurement of atmospheric contamination, and in particular to the measurement of beta radiation in a gamma environment. <IMAGE></p> |
