PURPOSE:To produce a sheet having an uniform thickness and density, by a method wherein a molten substance, extruded from an extruder is caused to flow into a cylinder, the molten substance is dispersed rectilinearly by a pipe group, and it is extruded in the form of a sheet from the lower end of the pipe group. CONSTITUTION:A molding device is connected to a downstream most of an extruder, a molten mixture extruded through a cylinder is dispersed in the form of a cylinder at a lower end of an outer cylinder 12 by means of a conical cone, and the molten mixture dispersed by the conical cone passes through a pipe group 8 arranged in the form of a cylinder at the lower end thereof. The pipe group 8 is positioned so that the lower ends are aligned rectilinearly, the lower ends form a wide straight line, and are connected to a flat nozzle 9 for forming a sheet. As a result, after said molten mixture passes through the pipe 8, it is extruded through the nozzle 9, and is formed into a continuous beltlike sheet. This permits the formation of a sheet having an uniform thickness and density. |
