PURPOSE:To prevent vignetting of light due to a light shielding cylinder, by providing parallelly plural thin plate-shaped partitioning members at prescribed intervals and forming the plural light shielding holes by holding the partitioning members with side wall members from each side of both ends. CONSTITUTION:Partitioning members 11 are formed with thin plates such as a light shielding film having the same quadrangle, and both end parts 11a of them are thrust into side wall members 12 consisting of a foamed styrene material, etc. and are held and fixed. The plural light shielding holes 13 are formed by being partitioned and penetrated by these both members 11, 12, and the plural lenses 14a of miniaturized plate-shaped lenses 14 in accordance with the upper and lower opening parts of these light shielding holes 13 are fitted. By using an exposing device in which a titled light shielding cylinder 10 is used and which is miniaturized, light which is made incident to the lenses 14a of the plate-shaped lenses 14 at the upper side of figure, is made incident to the lenses 14a of the plate-shaped lenses 14 at the lower side through the holes 13. As a wall thickness l1 of the members 11 is thiner than an interval l2 of the lenses 14a, light vignetting owing to the members 11 is not generated. |
