发明名称 CONTROL PROCESS FOR BLOWING POWDER COAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To maintain the stable operation of a blast furnace and to reduce fuel consumption by controlling the blown amount of fine powder coal on the basis of the relation between the blast amount in a feeding branch tube and the flowing amount of the powder coal, when the powder coal is distributed and supplied to each tuyere of the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:Hot blast is blown into a blast furnace 6 through a feeding branch tube 1 of each tuyere 3, and race way 10 is generated near the tuyere. The blast amount is measured by a flow meter 7 equipped in a throttle tube 2 positioned upstream from powder coal-flowing mouth of each branch tube 1. Distribution branch tubes 4, 4... connected to the portion of the tuyere 3 of each branch tube 1 blow the powder coal which is distributed by a distributer 8 supplied from a tube 5 and is made to be two- phase fluid composed of solid and gas being blown into the blast furnace 6. The measured signal by the flow meter 7 is introduced into an arithmetic control device 9. Then, the required amount of the blown powder coal is calculated on the basis of the following factors; which are the relation between the hot blast-amount and the blown powder coal-amount being previously obtained; the predetermined value of total amount of blown powder coal; and the predetermined value of blown hot blast-amount to each tube 1. The amount of blown powder coal from each tube 4 is controlled on the basis of said result.
