<p>The draught-proofing process is applied to doors or windows and involves cutting a groove into which a draught excluder is inserted. The groove has a reduced inlet and is cut in the door or the frame. The excluder or seal is supple in the longitudinal sense, comprising an elastically deformable tubular external part connected to a rigid internal part of the same section as the groove. The excluder is installed by introducing it into one end of the groove and by sliding it along until fully inserted. The groove cutting tool may comprise a slide (11) with a tubular support (12) for a milling cutter (2,3), inc a handle (16) and a vacuum feed (13) to an opening (15) in the support.</p> |
