PURPOSE:To reduce the gain of a communication system on the whole by connecting a fine impedance element to a diode in a high frequency switch, and thus reducing the loss of branching and passing to a receiver side selected by a switching control signal. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency received input signal RFin is branched in a T shape and applied to diodes X1 and X2 connected in parallel to quarter-wavelength lines through the lines. Inductances L1 and L2 are connected in series to said diodes X1 and X2. In a passing state, those inductances L1 and L2 have less values to exert no influence, but once the diodes X1 and X2 turn on, the inductances L1 and L2 provide high frequency filter characteristics to attenuate signals led to output terminal out1 and out2 to some extents. The required extent of attenuation on a high frequency passing loss side is set by adequately selecting or finely adjusting their inductance values. |
