PURPOSE:To open or close a valve automatically by engaging the gear of a handle shaft of a valve with the gear fitted to a motor shaft and by controlling the start/stop of the motor with a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:A gear 3 is fitted to the shaft 8 of the handle of a valve 1 and a gear 4 is fitted to the shaft 9 of a motor 2, and both gears are engaged with each other. When the motor 2 is rotated, the shaft 8 of the handle is rotated and the valve is opened or closed. The device automatically starting or stopping the motor 2 is operated by means of the detection with a microcomputer. Accordingly, such an accident can be prevented that a waste liquid is flowed into the sea because the valve of the waste liquid has been forgotten to be closed. |
