PURPOSE:To easily obtain angle signals with optional accuracy and high resolution by using basic clocks having shorter frequency than the variation frequency of the lowermost bit of an n-bit output signal from an encoder. CONSTITUTION:The angle of an antenna is detected by an encoder 2. Basic clocks having repeating frequency extremely shorter than the variation frequency of the lowermost bit of an n-bit (n=a natural number) angle signal with crude resolution which is a detected output from the encoder 2 are outputted from a basic clock generator 9 and supplied to resolution increasing circuits 10-12.... Respective circuits 10- form and output (n+1)...(n+alpha) bit signals reversing respective bit values at the frequency of 1/2...(1/2)alpha (alpha=a natural number) times the variation frequency of the lowermost bit signal. |
