PURPOSE:To obtain a focal-plane shutter suited for a single lens reflex camera by providing a reflection mirror integrally with or separately from the vane of the front curtain of a shutter and retreating the reflection mirror from a photographing optical path by moving the vane of the front curtain of the shutter. CONSTITUTION:When a shutter release button is pushed while the shutter is held charged, electromagnets 5, 6 are energized to attract attracting pieces 4, 6 which hold the vane part 2 of a front curtain and a vane member 3 of a rear curtain in the positions before operation. At this same instant, a shutter locking lever 21 turns counterclockwise against a spring 23 to disengage a detaining pawl 21a from a detained part 2b, by which the turning requlation of the member 2 is released. When the shutter release button is depressed further, the electromagnet 5 is deenergized and the member 2 is turned via a spring 8, by which the member 2a and a reflection mirror 11 mounted to the vane 2a are retreated upward from the optical path and exposure is accomplished. |
