PURPOSE:To select the output forms, by avoiding output terminals of an off- buffer section of a totem pole type TTL circuit and an output section from being internally wired and selecting a leading method of a lead wire in packaging an integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:A TTL circuit of totem pole type consists of an input section 1, an output section 2, an off-buffer section 3 and a phase split transistor Q1, and the off-buffer section 3 and the output section 2 are respectively provided with internal output terminals T1, T2 independently, and the output terminals are kept open and external terminals OUT and the output terminals are selectively connected with leads in packaging. In connecting the terminals T1, T2 and OUT with leads 4, 5, the totem pole type output form can be obtained, and in connecting the terminals T2 and OUT, the open collector type output form can be attained, and in connecting the terminals T1 and OUT with the lead 4, the emitter follower type output form can be obtained. |
