PURPOSE:To manufacture the optical trigger semiconductor device, luminous energy supplied to a light receiving section thereof is increased and heat-resistant property and vibration-resistant property thereof are improved. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting film 25c is pasted onto the inner wall surface of an optical pipe 25, and a nose surface 25b is formed in an inclined plane and sealed to the light receiving section under a state that is hermetically sealed by a resin member 26. Consequently, the radiation of beams at the nose section 25a of the optical pipe 25 is prevented, and the luminous energy of beams supplied to the light receiving section can be held at high value. The optical pipe 25 is fixed under an inclined state in order to supply beams so as to be totally reflected to the light receiving section, and beams totally reflected from the light receiving section are supplied to the light receiving section under a state that is diffused-reflected and condensed by a section roughened of the nose surface 25b of the optical pipe 25. Accordingly, the luminous energy of beams projected to the light receiving section can be increased. The optical pipe 25 is protected from vibration because it is fixed by means of an elastic member 27. |
