PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus for the dishing up of cooked rice with reduced labor, by combining a rice storage chamber, a scraping means, a hopper, and a means for dividing a definite amount of the cooked rice. CONSTITUTION:The bottom plate 2 is lowered to the lowest position, and cooked rice is charged into the rice storage chamber 1. The bottom plate 2 is lifted by a definite height (h) by the output signal from the level sensor 10. The scraping blade 8 is transferred from the point (A) via the point (B) to the point (C) while scraping the cooked rice of the thickness of (h). The whole scraped rice is dropped into the hopper 9, and the blade 8 is returned to the point (A) and stopped. When a rice bowl 21 is placed on the table 17, and pushed to the position shown by the solid line in the figure, then the lower shutter is opened and closed by the action of the link mechanism 18, the micro-switch 33 is pushed, the upper shutter is opened and closed by the signal from the micro-switch, and a definite amount of the cooked rice is charged in the metering container 16. By pushing the rice bowl 21 again, the lower shutter is opened and the definite amount of cooked rice is dropped into the rice bowl to complete the dishing up of cooked rice. |
