发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF FOCUSING OPTICAL TRANSMISSION BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a focusing optical transmission body which has secured and elevated a parallel degree of a cylindrical lens, has realized mass-production, and has improved yield of a product, by impregnating an adhesive resin to a space between lenses, fixing them, and thereafter, cutting them in the longitudinal direction, and obtaining the focusing optical transmission body. CONSTITUTION:The length size of a cylindrical lens 11 is made longer enough than the length required for a product 60, and this size is made same as the length size L1 of a substrate 13. Also, the length size of a spacer 12 is set to L1, too. The primary product base material 10 is obtained by combining necessary members 11, 12 and 13 provided with such length relation. Subsequently, an adhesive resin 21 is impregnated to a space between cylindrical lenses 11- by throwing the primary product base material into a tank 20 in which adhesive resin 21 has been stored, and evacuating the tank 20, and thereafter, this primary product base material 10 is put into a heating furnace and the resin 21 is dried and cured, by which the secondary product base material 50 is obtained. The base material 50 obtained in this way is cut at prescribed intervals in the longitudinal direction, and the product 60 of a focusing optical transmission body is obtained.
