A laundry product providing grease and oily soil removal benefits on textiles comprises a solid mixture of a primary, secondary or tertiary amine containing not more than 40 carbon atoms or a salt thereof together with a nonionic or anionic surtactant, in water-releasable combination with a flexible sheet-type substrate. The product is made by impregnating the substrate with the mixture in molten state and then cooling the product to solidify the mixture.
