PURPOSE:To ensure the satisfactory hardening of the resin on a tape rubbing surface without deteriorating the characteristics of a magnetic core, by using a resin material having both the optical hardening properties and the thermosetting properties to the resin part which is exposed to the tape rubbing surface. CONSTITUTION:The resin having both the optical hardening properties and the thermosetting properties is implanted up to an area l of a resin part 2 which is exposed to a tape rubbing surface. Then the resin which is implanted from the tape rubbing surface side outside a main body case 1 and by irradiation PR of the light of an ultraviolet lamp, etc. is hardened, and the thermosetting resin is implanted to the 2nd burying resin implanting part 9. Then the case 1 is put into a thermostatic chamber to be held at a thermosetting temperature. Thus the whole part is hardened by heat. For instance, the resin of the level of 300 of the ''3-bond'' is used to the resin in this example to suppress the occurrence of stress down to a comparatively low level to avoid the deterioration of a magnetic core for the heat hardened part by selecting the hardening conditions. As a result, a satisfactory level of hardness is secured for a surface layer which is formed by an optical hardening process. |
