PURPOSE:To reduce a variation of an output voltage against a variation of supply voltage and a temperature variation, by using the sum of inter-terminal voltage of a collector resistance connected to a current mirror circuit, and base- emitter voltage of a transistor, as output voltage. CONSTITUTION:When supply voltage Vcc rises and a collector current of a transistor Q2 increases, a current flowing in a resistance R1 increases, and VBE of a transistor Q5 increases, therefore, a collector current of the transistor Q5 increases. As a result, the base potential of a transistor Q6 is lowered, and a collector current of the transistor Q6 is reduced. Accordingly, a current mirror circuit 3 of transistors Q1, Q2 makes an almost constant current flow out even if the supply voltage is varied, and a collector current of a transistor Q3 becomes almost constant. Output voltage V0 becomes the sum of VBE of a transistor Q8 and a voltage drop portion by a collector resistance R3, and becomes almost constant irrespective of the supply voltage Vcc. |
